Our approach

Hands-on care, measurable progress.

Physical therapy at Xtreme Rehab & Recovery isn't just about managing pain — it's about identifying its root cause and building the strength and mobility to keep it from coming back. Our licensed physical therapists work across orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Every treatment plan is built around your specific condition, goals, and lifestyle. We combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and targeted modalities into one cohesive program — and track your progress at every visit.

  • Your evaluation is one-on-one with your therapist
  • Small caseloads — no more than two patients per therapist at a time
  • 45–60 minute sessions, evaluation and follow-ups alike
  • Progress tracked and reported at every visit

Good to know

Common questions.

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?

Texas allows patients to see a physical therapist directly for an initial period without a physician referral; some insurance plans still require one for coverage. Call us and we'll confirm what your plan needs before your first visit.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans for physical therapy services. Because benefits vary by plan, our team verifies your coverage before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

A photo ID, your insurance card, any referral or surgical protocol from your physician, and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have imaging reports, bring those too.

How long are sessions?

Sessions run 45 minutes to an hour, whether it's your initial evaluation or a follow-up treatment. Your evaluation is one-on-one with your therapist. Follow-up sessions are typically shared — each therapist works with no more than two patients at a time — unless your plan of care calls for one-on-one treatment.

Where are you located?

Our clinic is at 9740 Barker Cypress Rd, Suite 108B, Cypress, TX 77433 — near US-290 and the Grand Parkway, with free parking. Call (281) 371-6864, or have your physician fax referrals to (346) 380-4739.
